Employee Satisfaction

OSI Systems is committed to fostering an environment where employees thrive. Our people are the foundation of our success and we prioritize creating a workplace that values collaboration and innovation. OSI cares deeply about employee satisfaction, and we’re proud to share that voluntary turnover remained low in CY 2025. In CY 2025, voluntary turnover was 9.4% globally and 10.8% within our U.S. workforce.

To recruit and maintain a world-class workforce, OSI also has robust engagement with employees and conducts an annual survey for all employees each year and separately conducts other reviews to promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and culture.
