Code of Ethics and Conduct
Our Code of Ethics and Conduct (“Code”) contains our company’s general guidelines and requirements for conducting business according to the highest ethical standards. The foundation of this Code is centered around the underlying premise that everything we do must be based on sound ethical principles and with complete integrity.
We support a culture of integrity and legal compliance. Our Code is applicable to all company directors, officers, and employees.
Ethics and Compliance Hotline
OSI provides employees and external stakeholders a dedicated communication channel for reporting concerns. The OSI Ethics Hotline is operated by a third party and is available 24/7, 365 days per year.

Anti-Corruption Compliance Program
We are committed to competing in the global marketplace with integrity and in accordance with our values. Corruption and bribery create inequality and unfair competition in the market. We do not tolerate corruption or bribery of any kind. OSI Systems has adopted a robust Anti-Corruption Compliance (“ACC”) Program that applies to our employees, vendors, distributors, and other affiliates. Our ACC Program spans all aspects of our business and helps ensure that we comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the U.K. Bribery Act, and other international anti-bribery legislation.
We are certified according to the ISO 37001:2016 ABMS standard. This standard is a global benchmark in the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) which detects, protects and addresses the issues of bribery and corruption in the corporation. It is an assurance of employing the highest ethical standards and harnessing transparency even in the most complex business activities. This certification is delivered by Speeki Europe (formerly known as ETHIC Intelligence) and is under ANAB accreditation (ANSI National Accreditation Board).
